Drillisch AG: Executive Board Member to Step Down
Drillisch AG, which is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s regulated
market (Prime Standard segment), announced today that Mr. Marc Brucherseifer
has decided not to pursue another term as either member or spokesman of the
Executive Board of Drillisch AG. In accordance with his wishes, Mr.
Brucherseifer will step down from the Drillisch AG Executive Board effective
at the close of 31 March 2005 to pursue new challenges and opportunities
elsewhere.
Mr. Brucherseifer informed a joint meeting of the Drillisch AG Executive Board
and Supervisory Board of his intent at 5:15 PM (CET) on 25 January 2005.
The members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Drillisch AG thank
Mr. Brucherseifer for the tremendous dedication he displayed over so many
years as he helped guide the Drillisch Group to good fortune, especially and
most recently with the successful acquisition and integration of VICTORVOX AG.
Executive Board members Paschalis and Vlasios Choulidis, whose board-member
agreements were extended in the course of today’s meeting for another three
years through 31 March 2008, will take over those areas that Mr. Brucherseifer
was responsible for. Mr. Paschalis Choulidis will assume the function of
board spokesman.
