Mobilcom Aktiengesellschaft, Hollerstraße 126, 24753 Rendburg-Büdelsdorf
and crossed the 5% treshold. Drillisch is holding now 9.39% of the voting
rights of Mobilcom Aktiengesellschaft
The purchase was mainly financed through a bank line for strategical
purpose
