Drillisch AG:Profit increase affirms FY Guidance. EBITDA-Margin reached 14% in the third quarter. Sales Growth Q3 vs Q2 2006

November 2006 – The mobile-communications service provider Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503) reached in the third quarter again a better profitability. The EBITDA margin of the group reached a new record high at 14% in Q3-2006 (Q3-2005 9.2%). Sales of Q3-2006 reached 70,2 million EURO, which is an increase of 3.2% against Q2-2006. Drillisch reached with 1,679 million subscriber (+11K) in the first nine months of the business years sales of 205,3 million EURO (prev year €243,2 m) and an EBITDA of 23,0 million EURO (+6.7%). The EBITDA margin reached 11.2% (prev year 8.9%) Consolidated net profit reached 13,1 million Euro (prev year €11,6 m) and earnings per share of 0.41 Euro (prev year €0.36). Cash flow from continuous business activity was at 20,5 million EURO vs. 12,1 million EURO. Growth driver is again our discount brand simply. The discount market is still offering the best growth rate. Drillisch aims as an important provider in this segment for a market share of 15%. In addition, Drillisch plays an active part in the consolidation of the German service provider business. One measure was the acquisition of a stake in Mobilcom AG. With the development of the first nine months in fiscal 2006 the management board reaffirms the guidance for 2006, to reach approximately 1,8 million subscribers and an EBITDA of 30 million Euro.
