We received the following information on November 30, 2007.
1. We hereby notify you in accordance with sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG, that on
28 November 2007 the voting rights of Landsbanki Kepler S.A., Paris,
France, in Drillisch Aktiengesellschaft, Maintal, Germany exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% of sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG and at this time
amounted to 5.25% (this corresponds to 2,790,244 of a total of 53,189,015
outstanding voting rights). All of these voting rights were attributed
(zugerechnet) to Landsbanki Kepler S.A. in accordance with sec. 22 sub-sec.
1 sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG.
Further, we notify you in accordance with sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG, that on
29 November 2007 the voting rights of Landsbanki Kepler, Paris, France, in
Drillisch Aktiengesellschaft, Maintal, Germany, fell below the thresholds
of 5% and 3% of sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG and at this time the voting rights
of Landsbanki Kepler S.A. amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 of a total
of 53,189,015 outstanding voting rights).
2. Further, we notify you in accordance with sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Landsbanki Holdings Europe S.A., Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, that on 28 November 2007 the voting rights of Landsbanki
Holdings Europe S.A. in Drillisch Aktiengesellschaft, Maintal, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG and at this
time amounted to 5.25% (this corresponds to 2,790,244 of a total of
53,189,015 outstanding voting rights). All of these voting rights were
attributed (zugerechnet) to Landsbanki Holdings Europe S.A. through
Landsbanki Kepler S.A., Paris, France, in accordance with secs. 22 sub-sec.
1 sentence 1 no. 2, sentence 2 WpHG.
Further, we notify you in accordance with sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG, that on
29 November 2007 the voting rights of Landsbanki Holdings Europe S.A.,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in Drillisch Aktiengesellschaft, Maintal, Germany,
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG and at
this time the voting rights of Landsbanki Holdings Europe S.A. amounted to
0% (this corresponds to 0 of a total of 53,189,015 outstanding voting
rights).
3. Further, we notify you in accordance with sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Landsbanki Íslands hf., Reykjavík, Iceland, that on
28 November 2007 the voting rights of Landsbanki Íslands hf. in Drillisch
Aktiengesellschaft, Maintal, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5%
of sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG and at this time amounted to 5.25% (this
corresponds to 2,790,244 of a total of 53,189,015 outstanding voting
rights). All of these voting rights were attributed (zugerechnet) to
Landsbanki Íslands hf. through the following subsidiaries of Landsbanki
Íslands hf. in accordance with secs. 22 sub-sec. 1 sen-tence 1 no. 2,
sentence 2 WpHG:
• Landsbanki Holdings Europe S.A., Luxembourg, and
• Landsbanki Kepler S.A., Paris.
Further, we notify you in accordance with sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG, that on
29 November 2007 the voting rights of Landsbanki Íslands hf., Reykjavík,
Iceland, in Drillisch Aktiengesellschaft, Maintal, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 5% and 3% of sec. 21 sub-sec. 1 WpHG and at this time the
voting rights of Landsbanki Íslands hf. amounted to 0% (this corresponds to
0 of a total of 53,189,015 outstanding voting rights).
