Dear Ladies or Sirs:
We hereby notify according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that the
voting rights of United Internet AG, Montabaur, Germany, in Drillisch AG,
Maintal, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the voting
rights on November 29, 2007 and now amount to 9.68% (this corresponds to
5,150,000 voting rights).
The voting rights are attributable to United Internet AG pursuant to
section 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG via its controlled subsidiary
United Internet Beteiligungen GmbH holding 3% or more of the voting rights
in Drillisch AG.
