Maintal, 8 March 2007 - The mobile-communications service provider
Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503) announced on 14. January a Sale & Purchase
Agreement, acquiring 100% of Telco Services GmbH, Idstein. The transaction
was subject to the approval of several terms, such as a satisfying due
diligence amongst others.
The sales contract and therewith the acquisition of Telco Sevices GmbH was
implemented today, Thursday 8 March, 2007 at 1:55pm. As from today Telco
Services GmbH is an adequate member of the Drillisch Group.
