the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005545503, WKN: 554550, have fallen below the 5% and
3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 17, 2009 and on that day
amounted to 0,71% (this corresponds to 375000 Voting Rights).
