according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005545503, WKN:
554550, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
October 20, 2009 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0
Voting Rights).
