to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005545503, WKN: 554550, have
fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 25, 2010 and
on that day amounted to 2.61% (this corresponds to 1389602 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 68800 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.48% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1320802 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005545503, WKN: 554550, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on May 25, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.61% (this
corresponds to 1389602 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.61% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 1389602 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company in connection
with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
