informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 10, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 2.94% (this corresponds to 1564194 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.85% of
