Dr Schenk was elected to the Supervisory Board of freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, during the company's Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2011; he received 99.83% of the votes cast.

As was announced in the ad hoc report on 20 May 2011 and by Dr Schenk at the Drillisch AG Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2011, Dr Schenk is resigning from his office as member of the Supervisory Board of Drillisch AG and of Drillisch Telecom GmbH.

Dr Schenk has been a member of the Drillisch AG Supervisory Board since 2002 and its chairperson since 2003.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Drillisch AG would like to take this opportunity to express their sincere and warmest thanks for his work in the past nine years, which he has always performed in a spirit of trust and constructive cooperation.

During its meeting yesterday, the Drillisch AG Supervisory Board elected Mr Marc Brucherseifer, Dipl.-Kfm. , to be the new Supervisory Board chairperson.

Mr Brucherseifer is one of the founders of Drillisch AG and was the CEO at Drillisch AG until 31/03/2005. Mr Brucherseifer has been a member of the Supervisory Board since October 2007.

The Management Board is delighted by Mr Brucherseifer's nomination as Supervisory Board chairperson and the continuation of the cooperation in a spirit of trust which has been carried out over decades.
