Correction of a Voting Right Publication published on April 10, 2012
On April 04, 2012, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on April 04, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.94% (this
corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 2628544 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV.
On April 04, 2012, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, UK has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 4.94% (this corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights). According to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG,
4.94% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the company inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 4.94% (this corresponds to 2628544 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94% of the Voting

the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 03, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 4.72% (this corresponds to 2509020 Voting Rights).
