Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold
of the Voting Rights on May 29, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.28%
(this corresponds to 2808640 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.01% of
