Today, Drillisch AG's Management Board was informed that the Public
Prosecutor's Office Hanau, with the consent of the competent court, has
definitely dismissed the proceedings against members of the Management
Board and the Board of Directors of Drillisch Group.
Subject of the proceedings was a complaint filed by Deutsche Telekom AG
regarding the billing of commissions.
