us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have fallen below the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 25, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.71% (this corresponds to 1440000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.54% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1350000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
