Correction of the announcement (6 March 2013)
On March 05, 2013, Flossbach von Storch Invest S.A., Luxemburg Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2013
and on that day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 2632463 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG, 4.78%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2542463 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Flossbach von Storch SICAV. In addtion,
according to article 22 Section 1, Sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG, 0.17% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 90000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed
to the company.
