Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 03, 2013
and on that day amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 1581111 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.89% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1005883 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
