Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

United Internet Ventures AG und United Internet AG, Montabaur, Germany
informed us on May 29, 2015 pursuant to Art. 27a(1) WpHG thereby making
reference to the exceedance of the threshold of 10% or a higher threshold
from May 28, 2015 and May 29, 2015 as follows:
* The investment is used to implement strategic objectives. The investment
is not used for an achievement of trading profit.
* The reporting person does intend to obtain further voting rights by
acquisition or any other way over the next twelve months and is referring
to the Ad Hoc of United Internet AG (§15 WpHG) as per 27.04.2015.
* The reporting person does intend to influence the composition of the
Drillisch AG supervisory board but does not influence the composition of
the administration and management of the company.
* The reporting person does not intend to change the capital structure of
the company, especially with regards to the ratio of internal/outside
financing. United Internet Ventures AG and United Internet AG expect that
the growth policy of the company and the financing of the company are
secure without such changes. If this is not the case, firstly a change of
the dividend policy is considered to secure this.
* Concerning the source of funds
On the part of United Internet Ventures AG, borrowed funds (Loans from
United Internet AG) have been used for the financing of the acquisition of
the voting rights. On the part of United Internet AG there were own
resources partially used and partially available credit lines.
