limits of the Voting Rights on September 20, 2007 and amount to 22.00%
(this corresponds to 5577491 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, all 5577491 Voting Rights are to
be attributed to him from Noes Beheer B.V..
Mr. Marcel Boekhoorn, The Netherlands, have exceeded the 3 and 5% limits of
the Voting Rights on September 20, 2007 and amount to 9.26% (this
corresponds to 2346145 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, all 2346145 Voting Rights are to be
attributed to him, thereof 6.39% (this corresponds to 1619272 Voting
Rights) from Elocin B.V..
Due to the commercial register entry of the capital increase resolved on
