DE0005066609, WKN: 506660, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 20, 2007 and now amount to 9.26% (this corresponds to
2346145 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.39% of
