In a press release dated September 4, 2007, Airspan Networks Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus supplement relating to the sale of up to 14,000,000 shares of its common stock in a firmly underwritten public offering. The underwriters will have an option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 shares of common stock from the Company to cover over-allotments, if any. Additional details regarding the public offering are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
