Acies Corporation is not able to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 timely due to its need to incorporate disclosure with respect to certain matters recently arising.

On or about June 5, 2008, Pinnacle Three Corporation advanced approximately $450,000 to the Company.  The Company is attempting to resolve certain issues with respect to the terms of such advance.  The uncertainties with respect to the terms of the advance have also delayed filing a report on Form 8-K.
