The Children's Investment Fund Management (UK) LLP, London, United
Kingdom, notified us on 04 August 2008 on behalf of the hereinafter
mentioned of the following correction of voting rights notice pursuant to
Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG dated 11 February 2005 (published 16 February 2005,
Börsenzeitung):
The correction relates to the attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec.
22 sentence 1 No. 2 WpHG
We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 26
January 2005, the voting interest of The Children's Investment Master Fund,
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, in Deutsche Börse AG exceeded the 5%
threshold and on the same day amounted to 5.50% (6,151,361 voting rights).
These 5.50% (6,151,361 voting rights) are attributed to The Children's
Investment Master Fund in accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 2
WpHG.
