2009 the following voting rights notification pursuant to section 21 WpHG:
We hereby give notice that the Notifying Party has exceeded the threshold
of 3 percent of the voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Neue Börsenstraße
1, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany on 8 September 2009 (based on transfer
of ownership).
On 8 September 2009, the Notifying Party held 3.34 percent (6,518,717
votes) of the voting rights.
3.07 percent of the voting rights (5,990,617 votes) are attributed to the
Notifying Party pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 of the WpHG in
conjunction with § 22 Abs. 1 S. 2 of the WpHG.
0.27 percent of the voting rights (528,100 votes) are attributed to the
Notifying Party pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 of the WpHG.
None of the attributed voting rights solely exceed 3 percent of the voting
rights in Deutsche Börse AG.
