On 28 June 2010 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1,
60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 2.96% of the
voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, arising from 5,771,748 voting rights.
All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant
