Correction of release according to § 26 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG dated May
24, 2013
On May 24, 2013, H M Treasury , in the name and on behalf of the United
Kingdom, London, United Kingdom informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 17, 2013 its voting rights in Deutsche
Börse AG, Frankfurt / Main, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold of the
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day amounted to 2.34% (this
corresponds to 4513257 Voting Rights).
All of these voting rights were attributed to the United Kingdom pursuant
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG via The Royal Bank
of Scotland Group plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
