On December 20, 2013, Franklin Mutual Advisers, Wilmington, Delaware, USA
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on December
19, 2013 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft,
Mergenthaler Allee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold
of the voting rights and on that day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to
5598961 voting rights).
2.90% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 5598961 voting rights) are
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
