according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on October 03, 2014 its
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main, Germany,
exceeded the 5% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that
day amounted to 5.007% (this corresponds to 9664273 voting rights).
5.007% of the voting rights (corresponding to 9664273 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
