according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 6, 2015 its
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main, Germany,
exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that
day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 5846267 voting rights).
2.98% (this corresponds to 5749250 Voting Rights) were attributed to Credit
Suisse Group AG, pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG. 0.05% (this corresponds to 97017 voting rights) were attributed
to Credit Suisse Group AG, pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
