On 10 August 2015, Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, United Kingdom,
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 7 August
2015 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, fell
below the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that
day amounted to 2.95% (this corresponds to 5693202 voting rights).
1.29% (this corresponds to 2490530 voting rights) were attributed to
Baillie Gifford & Co, pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6
of the WpHG. 1.66% (this corresponds to 3202672 voting rights) were
attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co, pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG (via Baillie
