On March 24, 2010, ClearPoint Business Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s plan to voluntarily discontinue the quotation of its common stock on The OTC Bulletin Board and deregister its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
