Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 22, 2010, the Company announced that Jack Tomarchio has submitted his resignation as a director of ATS Corporation, effective immediately. Due to the press of other business Mr. Tomarchio will not be able to complete his full term. Mr. Tomarchio has served as a director since August 2008.
