On July 21, 2010, the Company announced it expected to issue its second quarter earnings release on August 3, 2010 after the close of the market.  The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 3, 2010 to discuss the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.  Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
