SEGMENTAL INFORMATION During the three months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011 all revenue of the Company represented income from sales of sealed lead-acid battery products and relevant components and therefore no financial information by business segment is presented. Furthermore, as all revenue is derived from the PRC, no geographical segment is presented.
