Common Stock	NOTE 13 – COMMON STOCK On January 13, 2014 the Company filed with the Nevada Secretary of State a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation. The Certificate of Amendment increased the number of authorized shares of common stock from 250 million to 2 billion. On September 12, 2014 the Company filed with the Nevada Secretary of State a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation. The Certificate of Amendment increased the number of authorized shares of common stock from 2 billion to 4.2 billion. On April 9, 2015 the Company filed with the Nevada Secretary of State a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation. The Certificate of Amendment increased the number of authorized shares of common stock from 4.2 billion to 10 billion. There were 5,939,277,920 shares issued and outstanding as of June 30, 2015. The activity surrounding the issuances of the Common Stock is as follows: During the six months ended June 30, 2015 the Company issued 2,351,750,001 shares in conversion of notes payable of $652,973, and 638,833,333 shares for accrued salaried.
