wholly owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and
primary insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 20,000
shares in Nio at a price of NOK 2.55 per share. After
the transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates
holds 11,455,509 shares and 13,245,614 warrants to
buy shares.
