Mandatory notification of trade

On July 29, 2010, Molasset AS, a company wholly owned by
Lars Moldestad, board member and primary insider in Nio
Security, Inc. bought 38 107 shares in Nio at a price of
NOK 1.18 per share. After the transaction, Lars
Moldestad and close associates holds 11,798,616 shares
and 13,245,614 warrants to buy shares.
