owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 5,000 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 1.64 per share. After the
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates
holds 11,822,816 shares and 13,245,614 warrants to
buy shares.
