Mandatory notification of trade

On October 4, 2010, Molasset AS, a company wholly
owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 2,000 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 2.49 per share. After the
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates
holds 11,879,716 shares and 13,245,614 warrants to
buy shares.
