Mandatory notification of trade

On October 6, 2010, Molasset AS, a company wholly
owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 2,990 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 2.23 per share. After the
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates
holds 11,882,706 shares and 13,245,614 warrants to
buy shares.
