Mandatory notification of trade

owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 2,000 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 3.63 per share. After the
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates
holds 11,930,196 shares and 10,195,614 warrants to
buy shares.
