Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to today's stock exchange release
from Nio Security, Inc. regarding completion of a
private placement of 3,500,000 new shares. Michael
Mojaver holds 1,915,302 shares in Nio, and will pass
below the 5 % disclosure threshold after completion
of the transaction. When the new shares have been
issued, Michael Mojaver will hold shares representing
4.85 % of the outstanding shares and voting rights in
Nio.
