Reference is made to stock exchange release from Nio
Security, Inc. regarding issue of new shares on
January 20, 2011. Following this transaction,
Profilgest Management SA's holding in Nio Security,
Inc. has been reduced from 5.64 % to 4.89 % of the
outstanding shares.
