Moldestad, board member and primary insider in Nio
Security, Inc. has today bought 2,000 shares in Nio
at a price of NOK 2.60 per share. After this
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates will
hold 13,609,403 shares and 10,195,614 warrants to buy
shares in Nio.
