Subsequent Offering - subscription period will end today

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from
Nio Security, Inc. on February 15, 2011, regarding
approval of prospectus and the Subsequent Offering of
up to 3,000,000 shares in Nio at a subscription price
of NOK 2.50.

Subscription period in the Subsequent Offering will
end today, February 25, 2011 at 17:30 (Oslo time).

The Subsequent Offering is managed by ABG Sundal
Collier Norge ASA.

The Prospectus may be obtained at the Company's
office and webpage, www.niosec.com, and the Managers'
offices. Norwegian investors with a VPS account can
in addition download the Prospectus and the
Subscription Form from www.abgsc.no.
