Mandatory notification of trade

On May 4, 2011, Molasset AS, a company wholly owned
by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary insider
in Nio Security, Inc. bought 1,000 shares in Nio at a
price of NOK 1.61 per share. After this transaction,
Lars Moldestad and close associates will hold
13,679,553 shares and 10,195,614 warrants to buy
shares in Nio.
