Minutes from the annual meeting of shareholders

The annual meeting of the shareholders in Nio
Security, Inc. was held today in Oslo. Shareholders
representing 66.02% of the outstanding shares were
present in person or by proxy, see attached minutes.

The shareholders elected a new Board of Directors as
follows:
Mr. Lars Moldestad
Mr. Jon Skabo
Mr. Bjarne Støtvig
Mrs. Monica Mjøs Lassen

Mrs. Mjøs Lassen is new to the company. She is
educated from the Norwegian School of Economics and
Business Administration (NHH) and brings extensive
international and financial experience to the Company.
