Improvement in the US market

Nio Security, Inc. receives positive response on its
ongoing sales activities and adds new sales channels
to increase market presence in the large US security
market.

In April 2011, Nio attended the ISC West trade show
in Las Vegas, with increasing interest for the
Company's products. As a result, one of Las Vegas'
most famous hotels and casinos has completed a trial
period and has now permanently installed a number of
Nio CloseView systems in order to further improve
security.

In June 2011, Nio has also renewed its cooperation
with Metro Sales Group, one of the leading
manufacturing representative firms in the security
industry, and the first sales have been completed.
Metro Sales has a large customer base among security
dealers and will ramp up marketing and sales of Nio's
products in the large metropolitan New York and the
northeast US market.
