Mandatory notification of trade

On August 30, 2011, Molasset AS, a company wholly
owned by Lars Moldestad, chairman and primary insider
in Nio Security, Inc. bought 11,000 shares in Nio at
a price of NOK 1.22 per share. After this
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates will
hold 13,721,553 shares and 10,195,614 warrants to buy
shares in Nio.
