New Board Members

In connection with the acquisition of Flamingo
Intervest Ltd, the board of directors in Nio
Security, Inc. has appointed Mr. Dennis Dorf
Mikkelsen and Mr. Thomas Haals Madsen as new board
members. Nio's board of directors now consists of six
members, Lars Moldestad (Chairman), Monica Mjøs
Lassen, Bjarne Støtvig, Jon Skabo, Dennis Dorf
Mikkelsen and Thomas Haals Madsen.

Mr. Mikkelsen has more than 7 years of management
know-how, in particular within IT and marketing
management for which he has earned international
business experience working with prestigious firms
worldwide. Mr. Madsen holds a bachelor of Business
Economics and a Master degree in Economics and
Business from Aalborg University. He has many years
of online marketing experience, and has held numerous
key positions in fast-growing online focused
corporations. Mr. Mikkelsen and Mr. Madsen are part
of the management of Flamingo Intervest Ltd.
